大学生道德教育与法制教育“一体化”路径探讨

An Approach to the Integration of Moral Education and Legal Education of College Students

当前,我国高校思想政治教育实践中存在道德教育和法制教育"各行其道"、发展"失衡"、相互"隔离"等"二元化"误区,这在很大程度上削弱了道德教育和法制教育的实际效力。因此,必须在坚持"以人为本""回归生活""实践互动"等原则的基础上,以发挥道德教育与法制教育的优势为结合点,通过教学内容体系的构建、教学方式和评价体系的改革完善以及教师队伍建设等途径实现二者的"一体化"发展,将道德教育和法制教育融入大学生完整人格的建构之中,充分发挥二者在大学生素质培养中的作用和功能。

Nowadays, there are some misunderstandings in the practice of the present ideological and political education in China’s colleges and universities, especially in the aspect of moral and legal education. However, the actual efect of moral and legal education is always weakened and restricted by the mutual isolation and im-balance. Thus we should adhere to people-oriented, regress the life, and practice-oriented principles, in order to exploit the full advantage of moral and legal education as a whole. At the same time, it is necessary to renovate and improve the teaching content, teaching methods, and evaluation system, as well as the construction of teach-ing staf. Only in this way can we integrate moral and legal education with college students’ character building process, giving full play to their efect in the quality cultivation of college students.
