摘要
自2014年起,国家精准扶贫政策逐渐拉开序幕,全国各地的贫困村镇有了大量的建筑风貌整治与房屋建设等需求,在这个过程中,既有共性问题,也有特殊性的问题产生。本文试图通过对云南省临翔区蚂蚁堆乡杏勒村的定点帮扶新农宅建筑设计的研究,来探讨在当下贫困地区农村房屋的建设中,装配式房屋的应用优势及设计策略。通过田野调查与类型学方法提取村落建筑空间形态与结构原型,传承村落原有建构文化。同时利用预制装配化的建造策略,结合集成适宜的绿色技术来满足贫困地区农宅建设的各类复杂需求。
Since 2014, the policy of national precision poverty alleviation gradually kicked off, poverty villages and towns across the country have a lot of needs of architectural style renovation and dwelling construction, many of them exposed common and specific issues. The article attempts to discusses the application advantages and design strategies of the prefabricated dwelling in the construction activities of rural poverty areas, through the case of new dwelling design in Xingle Village.Using the field investigation and typology method to extract the village building space form and structure prototype to heritage village original construction culture; Simultaneously, using the prefabricated construction strategy combined with the integration of suitable ecological green technologies to meet the complex needs of rural dwelling construction in poverty areas.
