摘要
废弃工业厂房是高校文化底蕴和创造潜力的重要载体。目前,针对废弃厂房的可持续营造缺乏整体性及数据支持,难以高效指导改造实践。本文以环境—行为学理论为基础,界定出高校废弃工业厂房可持续改造的三大要素:广义的环境—行为互馈关系、量化的再利用价值评价体系、学生行为的多样化及互联性。本文以西安交通大学兴庆校区废弃厂房片区改造为研究对象,改造目标是"混合学科创新工作坊",对以上三大要素如何贯穿于"工程坊"进行概念设计,随后通过空间句法、混合功能这两个环境行为学工具,对三大构成要素做了量化表述与评价,并将废弃工业厂房改造的可持续性划分为6个等级,初步建立了高校废弃工业厂房可持续改造的评估与测度体系。
The abandoned industrial plants are important carriers of university culture and creative potential. At present, the sustainable construction of abandoned plants is lack of integrity and data support, hence, it is difficult to guide the transformation practice effectively. Based on the theory of environment and behavior, this paper defines the three elements of sustainable transformation of waste industrial plant in universities generalized environment-behavior reciprocal relationship, quantitative value evaluation system of re-use, and diversification of students’ behavior and interconnection. This paper focuses on the transformation of the abandoned plant area of Xingqing campus of Xi’an Jiaotong University. The transformation goal is to build a “hybrid discipline innovation workshop”. The conceptual design of the above three elements is carried out through the “engineering workshop”. Then, through the two environmental behavior tools of the spatial syntax and hybrid function, a quantitative representation and an evaluation are carried out among the three elements, and the sustainability of the abandoned industrial plant transformation is divided into six levels, and the assessment and measure system of sustainable transformation of the university abandoned industrial plant is initially established.
