摘要
通过提出全日制食品工程专业学位硕士研究生课程的设置原则,介绍了江南大学全日制食品工程专业学位硕士研究生培养过程中强化教学实践环节、提升研究生实践能力的做法,同时通过理论教学-科研训练-生产实践有机结合的教学方式,能够健全研究生专业实践基地建设,充分发挥双导师制功能,为学生将来从事职业工作奠定坚实的基础。
This paper brought forward the principles to set up courses for full-time professional degree postgraduates of food engineering,and introduced some ways of Jiangnan University to enhance the practical teaching and to promote the students practical ability during the training of full-time professional degree postgraduates of food engineering. The combination of theory teaching, research training and productive practice could improve the construction of practice bases of postgraduate students,give full play to the function of school and enterprise double tutorial system,and lay a solid foundation for the students' future occupation work.
