食品安全问题是关系国计民生的大事,北京联合张家口即将举办2022年冬季奥运会,迫切需要培养理论功底深厚、实践技能过硬的复合型食品质量安全专门人才。通过详细阐述河北北方学院食品质量与安全本科专业的培养目标、培养模式、课程体系及其所具有的特色和优势,为地方应用型本科高校建设食品质量与安全专业提供借鉴。

Food safety is a major issue in relation to national economy and people's livelihood. 2022 Winter Olympics will be jointly hosted by Beijing and Zhangjiakou,which is urgent to cultivate compound professionals of food quality and safety specialty who have profound theoretical foundation and excellent practical skills. This paper detailed the training objectives,training mode,curriculum system of food quality and safety specialty in our college and their characteristics and advantages. It was of significant reference for application oriented university to construct food quality and safety specialty.
