摘要
目的建立红色印泥印油的快速无损分析方法,实现不同种类印泥印油的快速鉴别。方法应用实时直接分析-高分辨质谱(DART-HRMS)技术,对67个不同品牌不同种类的红色印泥印油进行直接无损分析,获取质谱信息。结果采用偏最小二乘判别分析法(PLS-DA)及系统聚类法(HCA)对红色印油印泥进行了分类,依据高分辨质谱信息及标准物对照实现印泥印油中颜料红21、罗丹明B、聚丙烯醇和聚乙二醇类物质的快速定性分析,进一步完成了不同种类印泥印油的区分。结论本研究建立的区分方法快速、无损、准确、无需样品前处理,为物证鉴定工作中印泥印油种类的鉴别提供了依据。
Abstact: Objectve To establish a fast and non-destructive method for the analysis of red seal ink. Method 67 different brands and types of red seal ink were analyzed by direct analysis in real time and Q-Exactive high resolution mass spectrometry(DART-QE). Results A preliminary classification of red seal ink can be carried out acroding to the method of partial least squares discrimination analysis(PLS-DA) and hierarchical Cluster Analysis(HCA), and pigment red 21,rhodamine B,polypropylene glycol and polyethylene glycol can be detected by DART-QE which helps to further distinguish seal ink samples. Conclusion The established method is fast, non-destructive, accurate, and reguries no pre-sample processing. It can be applied in forensic practice for the discrimination of red seal ink.
