摘要
为让20#钢钢领拥有合适的硬度及耐磨性,在钢领表面通过化学复合镀技术镀覆了双相纳米粒子Ni-P-Al_2O_3-ZrO_2镀层,钢领镀层形貌平整且细腻,两种纳米粒子紧密的分布在钢领基体表面的镀层上。镀有复合镀层的钢领在显微硬度计下测定得到最大值780HV,较基本的镍磷镀层提高了53%,在磨损试验机下测定结果显示,双相纳米粒子Al_2O_3/ZrO_2复合镀层的钢领磨损形式由粘着磨损向磨粒磨损转变,其耐磨性提高了很多。
The Ni-P-Al2O3-ZrO2compositcoating was prepared by electroless plating on the surface of textile ring to impove the hardness and wear resistance.The suferce of the textile ringis smooth and delicate ,and the two kinds of nanoparticles are closely dispersed on the coating of the surface of the textile ring.The hardness of the textile ring with the composite coatings could reach the maximum 780HVin the microhardness tester and it compared with the basic nickel-phosphorus coating increased by 53%.The results by wear machinae show that the wear resistance of Al2O3/ZrO2 composite coating improved and the wear form changes from adhesive wear to abrasive wear.
