摘要 以工程机械行业为代表的装备制造业,供应链协同涉及上下游众多角色企业,各角色企业间存在信息系统异构、异主、异地的情况,企业对于敏捷性及精益制造的要求越来越高,靠传统信息系统交互方式从经济性、效率性上已经不能满足信息驱动业务发展需要。随着《中国制造2025》和国家"互联网+"战略的相继出台,新兴信息技术与工业技术的融合成为传统企业发展的全新动力。基于此,徐工集团在打造智能供应链领域进行了又一项重点研究与突破,在全球范围内首次将Handle System技术应用于机械制造业领域,利用信息技术与管理方法优化供应链结构,可解决或缓解传统供应链管理模式下存在的成本控制、可视化、编码规则、业务协同以及产品信息追溯等问题,对于探索并实现异主、异地、异构系统间的信息共享与高效业务协同起着积极的作用。 Equipment manufacturing industry represented by construction machinery industry. Supply Chain collaboration involving many upstream and downstream enterprise role, information systems that are heterogeneous and different in different places among diferent enterprises. The demands for agility and lean manufacturing is getting higher and higher. The interaction mode of traditional information system can not meet the needs of information driven business development in terms of economy and efficiency. With the"Chinese manufacturing 2025"and"Internet plus"strategy have been introduced. The integration of emerging information technology and industrial technology has become a new driving force for the development of traditional enterprises. Based on this, XCMG has applied Handle system technology in the field of machinery manufacturing for the first time worldwide. By means of optimizing supply chain structure, cost control, visualization, encoding rules and product information traceability problems can be solved or relieved existing in traditional supply chain management mode. It plays a positive role in exploring and implementing information sharing and efficient business collaboration between heterogeneous systems.
