品管圈用于降低门诊药房药品耗损金额的实践 被引量:2

摘要 目的:利用品管圈提升员工的管理水平,降低门诊药房药品耗损,保证药品质量。方法:自2015年10月起,门诊药房通过自荐方式组成质量改善小组(呼拉圈)。根据QCC的实施步骤进行计划、实施、确认和处置。结果:门诊药房的季度药品耗损金额由7236.67元降低到2802.56元。结论:品管圈活动在门诊药房取得良好效果,降低了门诊药房药品耗损金额,提高了药学服务质量,保证患者用药安全;同时,增强了圈员们解决问题的能力,提升了科室凝聚力。 Objective: To improve the management level of staff by quality control circle(QCC), so as to reduce the drug loss amount in outpatient pharmacy and to ensure the quality of drugs. Methods: A quality improvement group(hula hoop) has been established in the outpatient pharmacy by means of selfrecommendation since October 2015. Planning, implementation, confirmation and disposition have been carried out according to the steps of QCC implementation. Results: The quarterly drug loss amount decreased from 7236.67 yuan to 2802.56 yuan. Conclusion: QCC activities in the outpatient pharmacy have achieved good results, such as reducing drug loss amount in outpatient pharmacy, improving the quality of pharmaceutical services, ensuring the safety of patients with medication, and enhancing the capability of the QCC members to solve problems as well as the teamwork.
