河南省畜牧兽医执法人员思想动态调查

Ideological Trend Investigation towards Law Enforcement Officials of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary in Henan Province

为认清当前河南省畜牧兽医执法人员的思想动态,进一步加强畜牧兽医执法队伍建设和优化管理,全面促进执法工作开展,通过问卷与实地调研等方式,对河南省18个省辖市级、158个县级畜牧兽医执法机构的人员思想状况进行了梳理。调查发现,河南省大多数执法人员思想觉悟高、爱岗敬业、履职尽责、求真务实、开拓创新。但少数工作人员仍存在思想认识落后、工作积极性不高、担心被追责、畏难和负面情绪重等问题,需要通过强化思想教育、严格纪律作风、完善激励约束机制、加强文化建设等方式加以改进。

In order to recognize the current ideological trend of law enforcement officials of animal husbandry and veterinary in Henan Province,further to strengthen the team building,optimize management,and to comprehensively promote law enforcement work,the ideological situation was investigated towards such officials who were from 158 counties and 18 cities of Henan Province. According to the investigation,most of the law enforcement officials were characterized by high ideological consciousness,dedication,fulfillment of responsibility,being realistic and pragmatic,exploitation and innovation,as well as good finishes for assigned tasks. However,there were still a few officials facing some problems of insufficient ideological understanding,low enthusiasm,fearing of blame and difficulty and numerous negative emotions. Therefore,for improving the situation,some measures were proposed：strengthening ideological education,strictly keeping discipline and style,improving inspiration-restrain mechanism,as well as strengthening culture construction.
