摘要
本文对济南产枸杞子的氨基酸、还原糖、总糖含量、脂肪含量、微量元素和色素进行测定,为在医药补品、食品饮料等方面进一步开发利用提供资料。
Amino acids, reductive sugar, total sugar, fat,trace elements and pigments of Gouqizi produced inJinan were determined for the further developmentand utilization of medical tonics and food beverage.
