On the Role of Cultural Self-confidence in Protecting Chinese Culture Security

文化是国家之间竞争的因素这一事实,意味着不同国家的文化之间必定会有碰撞、交锋甚至侵蚀。于是,各自的文化安全及其保护问题备受各国高度关注。要保护我国的文化安全,实施文化强国战略,就必须从文化的独立性、独特性及无风险性同时着手,并以中华民族和中国人对于中国文化的坚定自信作为最根本的措施。

The fact that culture is a factor of competition between countries means that there will inevitably be collisions,exchanges and even erosion between cultures of different countries.Therefore,their respective cultural security and their protection issues are highly concerned.To protect our country's cultural security,as well as to implement the strategy of cultural power,our country must tackle the problems simultaneously in terms of the independence,uniqueness and risk-free nature of culture,and take the firm confidence in Chinese culture of the Chinese nation and Chinese people as the most fundamental measure.
