摘要
为更好利用香菇柄蛋白资源,提高提取效率,本试验以香菇菇柄为原料,采用正交试验研究其超声辅助碱提法的最佳条件。超声辅助提取香菇柄蛋白的最佳工艺为:料液比为1∶35,p H值为12,超声功率为400 W,超声时间为20 min,在此条件下香菇柄蛋白的提取率为25.97%。超声辅助提取可作为提取香菇柄蛋白的有效方式。
In order to better utilize the protein resource from roots of L. edodes,and improve the extraction efficiency,the optimum conditions of ultrasonic-assisted alkali extraction were studied by orthogonal test. The optimum technology of ultrasonic-assisted extraction of proteins was the ratio of material to liquid of1∶ 35,p H value of 12,ultrasonic power of 400 W,and ultrasonic time of 20 min. Under these conditions,the extraction efficiency of proteins from roots of L. edodes was 25. 97%. The ultrasonic-assisted extraction was an useful method.
