摘要
葡萄易遭受病菌侵染和非生物胁迫的危害,水杨酸(SA)是一种重要的响应逆境反应的信号分子,在应对逆境的代谢调控中发挥重要作用。本文对近年来国内外有关SA在葡萄抗逆性调控中的研究进展进行了综述,重点介绍了SA在葡萄抗寒、抗热、抗旱、抗病、抗盐及抗金属胁迫中的功能和作用机制,并对今后的研究方向进行了展望。
Grape is vulnerable to pathogen infection and abiotic stress. Salicylic acid( SA) is a kind of important signaling molecule to response to stress reaction,and plays an important role in stress resistance regulation. In the study,the research progresses of SA on stress resistance regulation of grape at home and abroad in recent years were reviewed. The mechanism and function of SA on grape resistance to cold,hot,drought,disease,salt and metal stress were mainly introduced,and the future research direction was also discussed.
