抛光砖废渣复合发泡法制备闭孔泡沫陶瓷 被引量:14

摘要 以抛光砖废渣粉为主要原料,采用复合发泡法制备高温发泡陶瓷。通过正交试验确定了发泡剂的复合比,研究了复合发泡机制及烧成制度对发泡体孔结构和性能的影响。结果表明,多种发泡剂协同作用,拓宽了单一发泡剂的放气温度区间,利于形成均匀封闭的气孔结构。按炭黑、碳酸钙、氧化铁、碳化硅质量比1∶3∶1.5∶1(四者占反应体系的总质量分数为6.5%)与瓷粉等混合制坯,程序升温至1 160℃下保温100min,可制得闭气孔率为62.94%,气孔直径为1.2~1.9mm,体积密度为369kg/m^3,吸水率为0.44%,导热系数为0.079 W/(m·K)的闭孔泡沫陶瓷。 The foamed ceramics was prepared by complex foaming process using porcelain tile residues as the raw material.The mass ratio of complex agents was determined by the orthogonal test,and the complex foaming mechanism and the firing system were investigated.It was shown that the temperature range of pore-forming was broadened when the complex agent foaming acted mutually,and that the homogeneous pore structure could be formed.Samples in investigation were prepared by adding complex foaming agents in accordance with the mass fraction(%)of carbon∶calcium carbonate∶iron(Ⅲ) oxide∶silicon carbide=1∶3∶1.5∶1,and being calcined at 1 160 ℃for 100 min.The closed porosity of the foamed ceramics is 62.94%,and its pore diameters are 1.2—1.9 mm.The volume density,water absorption,and thermal conductivity of the resultant are 369 kg/m^3,0.44%,and 0.079 W/(m·K)respectively.
