摘要 研究发现,当前远程教育出现了需求动力与决策执行脱离实际、教育合作与竞争机制难以协同、教育监控与评估机制难以配套及教育激励与约束机制执行无力等问题,受到了认知意识、制度导向、组织管理、学习需求、配套经费、长效机制等影响因素的制约。基于此,提出远程教育激励机制的系统构建模式,开发一个平台:功能完备的远程教学;构建一个系统:稳定高效的硬件保障;建立一个智库:科学多元的远程课程;打造一支团队:注重互动的教学队伍;建立一个体系:完善的质量评价体系。 Modern information technology development by leaps and bounds with the progress of era and the development of the society, Remote education arises at the historic moment, conform to the real needs of The Times. Produced by the benefits of the incentive mechanism and incentive mode of scholars by educators that determine the effectiveness of distance education. The study found that Remote education appeared the following questions, Demand motivation and decision-making executive divorced from reality, Difficult to collaborative education cooperation and competition mechanism, Education is difficult to form a complete set of monitoring and evaluation mechanism, Education incentive and constraint mechanism for execution , etc. Meanwhile, There are the following factors, Cognitive consciousness, System oriented, Organization and management, Learning needs, Matching funds, A long-term mechanism etc. This paper puts forward the following Suggestions based on the above, “Develop a platform”, “Build a system”, “Set up a think tank”, “Build a team”, “To establish a system”.
