翻转课堂在高校教学中的应用研究及其对残疾人高等教育教学的启示

摘要 翻转课堂的出现对教育界产生了极大的影响,也引起了众多研究者的关注。翻转课堂有强烈的"逆序"性、能让学习更具个性化、互动更加多元化等特点;它在高校教学中有着比传统教学方式更好地教学效果,而其顺利实施则需要边缘性因素与内核性因素的共同合力作为保障;将翻转课堂应用于残疾人高等教育教学中,在教与学流程、师生关系,学生个性化发展,课堂互动形式和效果方面能够得到一定的有益性启示。 The appearance of the Flipped Classroom has a great influence on the educational circles, and it has also aroused the attention of many researchers. The Flipped Classroom has a strong "reverse" that can make learning become more personalized, diversified interactive and so on; it has a better teaching effect on college teaching than traditional teaching methods, and its implementation requires the cooperation between marginal factors and kernel factors as the guarantee; with the flipped classroom applied to the teaching of higher education for the disabled, some beneficial enlightenment can be obtained in the process of teaching and learning, including the relationship between teachers and students, the individualized development of the students, the form and effect of classroom interaction.
