针对我国网络空间安全人才供需脱节的现状,探索我国高校网络空间安全人才培养新模式。首先,论文采用问卷调查、统计分析和实地调研方法,研究我国网络空间安全人才需求面临的困境,并分析我国高校网络空间安全人才供给脱节背后的成因。然后,通过梳理国内外文献,深入剖析作为世界网络空间第一强国的美国对网络空间安全人才的培养模式。最后,通过专家研讨会的方式,探索我国网络空间安全人才培养新模式:建议以社会需求为引领,释放办学活力,创新教学方式,加强师资建设,加强重科研实践。

In the view of the disconnect between cyberspace security talent supply and demand in China, this paper explores a new model of cyberspace security talent education.First of all, this paper adopts methods of questionnaire survey, statistical analysis and On-the-spot investigation. Research the difficulties of social demand, and analyze the reasons which behind the problems. Then, we analyze United States on cyberspace security talent training mode. Finally, through the expert seminar, we explore a new model of China＇s cyberspace security talent training. We suggest that taking the social demand as the guidance, release of the vitality of education, innovate teaching methods, enhance the quality of teachers, and attach importance to social research and practice.
