摘要
在刘熙载的文艺观中,"清"与"新"二字是象与意的关系,"清"指作品气象呈现出的自然本色美,"新"指创作主体的本色创造。语言作为诗歌的载体与外显形式,要实现"出色而本色",须"陈言务去",非但不能"剿袭古人之说以为己有",也应避免"识见议论落于凡近"。"清新"共同体现出主客体在互相作用下,由"肇于自然"到"造乎自然"的"天工"境界,体现出刘熙载本人所具有的艺术整体观与辩证的学理意识。
In the literary view of Liu Xizai,"pureness" and "freshness" denotes the relationship between image and meaning."Pureness" refers to the natural beauty presented by poems,and "freshness" refers to the original creation of poets.As the carrier and external form of poetry,the Chinese language needs to "avoid the use of obsolete language" and get rid of "mediocre knowledge and experience" to realize the state of "being true" rather than "plagiarize others′opinions as their own"."Pureness and freshness" is embodied,under the mutual interaction between subject and object,in the state of " heavenly creations" from "primal nature" to "anthropogenic nature".This reflects the overall view of art and dialectical sense of learning possessed by Liu Xizai.
