新建本科院校人文素质培养途径探究——以西安航空学院建群书院为例

Exploration Into Humanistic Quality Cultivation Approach of Newly-Founded Universities——A Case Study of Jianqun Academy ofXi′an Aeronautical University

针对新建本科院校大学生人文知识缺乏、人文素养与专业素质不协调以及人文行为存在偏差等现状,剖析产生原因。以西安航空学院建群书院为例,提出了加强新建本科院校大学生人文素质教育的创新途径,对新建本科院校大学生人文素养教育及人才培养具有一定的借鉴意义。

This paper makes an analysis of the reasons for the current problems of students in newly-founded universities such as the lack of humanistic knowledge,uncoordinated humanistic quality and professional quality,and improper human behaviors.With Jianqun Academy ofXi′an Aeronautical University as the example,it presents innovative approaches to strengthen the humanistic quality education of students in newly-founded universities,which will have the certain theoretical significance and practical significance.
