摘要
以某高端重载商用车的实际车型为基本模型,建立其驾驶室的有限元模型,利用有限元建模分析软件HyperMesh和LS-DYNA,对其在正面摆锤撞击下的安全性能进行仿真分析,分别从整车结构变形,部件结构变形等方面对仿真结果进行分析,找出原驾驶室的不足并对其关键结构进行改进以提高其碰撞安全性能.最终分析结果表明在正面摆锤撞击下,驾驶室整车结构框架基本不变,驾驶室成员空间足够且车门仍能正常打开,但地板局部结构刚度强度不足,通过增加加强梁改善驾驶室结构的强度刚度.
Taking a high-end heavy commercial vehicle as a basic model,finite element model of its cab is built and the simulation analysis of its security capability under the front pendulum impact is done with the HyperMesh and LS-DYNA as finite element analysis tools.In terms of deformation in the vehicle and its parts,the simulation results are analyzed to identify the deficiencies of the original cab and its key structures are improved to enhance its collision safety performance.The final analysis shows that under the front pendulum impact,the structural framework of the cab remains basically unchanged,and the space of the cab is big enough to allow the door to normally open.However,the rigidity and strength of some floor structures is not strong enough,which needs to be strengthened by increasing the number of strength beams.
