摘要 陈平原、林伦伦、黄挺主编的《潮汕文化读本》是一套教材型读本,既可以走进课堂具有教育课本功能,又可在没有课时安排的情况下作为学生自主阅读或家庭亲子共读的读本,兼具教材和读本两种功能。它以文本为中心去解说乡土文化,以乡土文化去推动方言教育;从文本触及的内容出发,自然引出知识点,组成了有关潮汕文化的百科知识文库;通过"样章"的打磨去体会教材型读本及其创新性,使文化解说有层次地呈现;而方言文化性则让这套教材又兼具了方言文化教育读本特点。在21世纪"海丝"战略语境下,《潮汕文化读本》的编写与教学实践,具有海内外交流的现实意义,将为其他民系乡土文化教育读本的编写以及方言文化教育提供潮汕民系成功范例。 The Chaoshan Culture Reader written by Chen Pingyuan, Lin Lunlun and Huang Ting is areader of teaching material. It can be used both as a educational textbook in a classroom and as a reader usedby the students themselves or when doing reading with their parents. In brief, it has two functions-a textbookand reader. Its creativity lies in its explaining the local culture with the text-centered technique and promotingdialect education with the local culture. It introduces some knowledge based on the contents in the reader toforms an encyclopedia of Chaoshan culture. It is of great importance to sense the creativity of this book and toexplain the culture at different levels by redrafting sample chapters. Besides, the culture in a dialect makes itassume the characteristic of dialect culture. Under the strategic circumstance of Maritime Silk Road of the 21 stcentury, the compiling and teaching of The Chaoshan Culture Reader has the significance of communication be-tween China and other countries and will set a good example for other cultural areas.
