地方院校师范生就业观调查及分析——以韩山师范学院数学与统计学院为例

Investigation and Discussion on Normal Students' Employment Views at Local Colleges and Universities——Taking College of Mathematics and Statistics of Hanshan Normal University for Example

地方院校师范生的就业问题被越来越多的人所关注,为了了解韩山师范学院数学与统计学院师范生就业观,从"就业目标及方向、择业缘由、对当前就业形势及就业前景的看法"三个方面开展调查,结果表明有近9成的学生选择毕业后从教,择业意向明显,但存在对就业形势认识不足、就业意识薄弱、就业定位过高等问题。高校应当加强对学生的就业形势教育,培养学生的就业意识,学校各级领导、教师应当明确责任,为师范生就业提供正确的指导、良好的人脉关系和全方位的服务,同时也要加强对学生心理健康辅导,为学生解决就业过程中遇到的困惑。

The employment situation of normal students in local colleges and universities attracts moreand more attention. In order to understand the employment views of normal students in Hanshan Normal Uni-versity, we conducted an investigation in terms of"employment goal and direction, career reasons and views foremployment prospects". The result showed that nearly 90% of students with clear career intention chose toteach after graduation. However, problems such as lack of understanding of the employment situation, weak-ness for employment awareness, and too high employment positioing too still exist. It is suggested that collegesand universities should strengthen the education of the students' employment situation, train students to estab-lish the employment consciousness, teachers and leaders at all levels in the college should specify their respon-sibilities, provide students with correct guidance for the normal students' employment, good personal connec-tions and all-round services. In the mean time, it's also necessary to strengthen students' mental health coun-seling to help students solve confusions while hunting for jobs.
