摘要
开发了一种简单、高效的合成5-氨基乙酰丙酸盐酸盐的方法.该方法以丁二酸酐为原料,经过相继的亲核取代、金属还原两步即可得到目标产物.该方法具有步骤简单,原料廉价易得,收率高,反应条件温和等优点,具有较好的应用前景.
5-aminolevulinic acid hydrochloride is widely used in pesticide and pharmaceutical intermediates.At present,there are several limitations in the synthesis of this product,such as complicated reaction procedure,harsh reaction conditions,low yield and expensive raw material.Therefore,a simple and efficient method for the synthesis of 5-aminolevulinic acid hydrochloride was developed.The target product can be obtained by two steps in nucleophilic substitution and metal reduction with sucinic anhydride as a raw material.The method has the advantages of simple steps,cheap and easy raw materials,high yield,mild reaction condition and wide application prospect.
