摘要 建立了原子吸收-石墨炉法检测小麦中铅和镉含量的测定方法。样品中的目标物采用压力消解罐消解的前处理方法。铅含量在0~100 ng/mL范围内呈线性相关,相关系数0.997,检出限0.007 mg/kg,回收率96.8%~99.5%;镉含量在0~40 ng/mL范围内呈线性相关,相关系数为0.993,检出限为0.004 mg/kg,回收率为76.0%~96.0%。结果表明,该方法操作简单易行、精密度高,是小麦中铅和镉污染物测定较为理想的方法。 Atomic absorption method to detect wheat-graphite furnace was established in the content of lead and cadmium determination method. The target in the samples with pressure digestion tank of pretreatment methods. Lead in 0~100 ng/mL range linearly related,the correlation coefficient 0.997,detection limit of 0.007 mg/kg,recovery 96.8%~96.8%. Cadmium content in 0~40 ng/mL, enclosed within a linear correlation, the correlation coefficient was 0.993, the detection limit of0.004 mg/kg,the recovery 76.0%~96.0%. Results showed that this method was simple,easy,high precision,was the determination of lead and cadmium pollution in wheat ideal method.
