摘要
基于苹果产业标准化实施的特点,建立由43个因素指标构成的评价体系,确定了不同指标层次的权重系数。运用模糊数学和层次分析的基本思想,将定性指标量化为定量指标。采用组合赋权法对陕西省苹果标准化实施情况进行评价,评价结果符合陕西苹果产业的实际,并提出了今后陕西苹果产业发展建议与对策。
Based on the characteristics of the implementation of agricultural standardization in terms of apple,the system appraisal composed of 43 factors was established. Simultaneously,the weights-coefficient of different index levels was also determined. The basic ideas of fuzzy mathematics and analytic hierarchy process were used to quantify the qualitative index as quantitative index. This paper evaluated the implementation of agricultural standardization in terms of apple in Shaanxi province by combining weighting methods,results of which verified the reality of apple industry in Shaanxi province and put forward the suggestions and strategies for the development of apple industry in the future.
