抗战时期共产国际中国问题研究小组若干问题述论

Discussion of Several Issues related to the China Study Group of the Communist International during the War of Resistance against Japan

中国抗战进入相持阶段后,为应对中国抗战面临的复杂形势并为中共七大起草相关文件做准备,共产国际于1939年在莫斯科成立中国问题研究小组。研究小组对如何制止投降危险和加强中国抗战、如何巩固抗日民族统一战线和国共合作、如何加强八路军和中共等重要问题进行了研讨。本文通过对中国问题研究小组成立的背景原因、重点研讨内容、工作结果报告等问题的分析探讨,展现了其在对华政策上的主要观点及作用,并对小组的实际工作效果和局限性作出了评析。

After the War of Resistance against Japan became locked in a stalemate, in response to the complex situ- ation faced by the Chinese Anti-Japanese War and in preparation for the drafting of the documents for the Seventh National CPC Congress, in 1939 the Communist International in Moscow established a ＂China Study Group. ＂ The group studied important issues such as to how to avoid the risk of surrender and how to strengthen the Chinese Anti- Japanese War, how to consolidate the Anti-Japanese National United Front and KMT-CPC cooperation, and how to strengthen the Eighth Route Army and the CPC. By analyzing and discussing the background to its establishment and key research issues and work reports of the ＂China Study Group,＂ this article reveals the group＇ s main views and functions regarding China policy. The article also analyzes the actual effects and limitations of its work.
