逆行足背动脉皮瓣结合负压技术修复足前端皮肤感染缺损13例

The Reverse of Arteria Dorsalis Pedis Skin Flap Combined with Vacuum Sealing Drainage for Repairing the Defect of Distal Foot 13 Cases

目的:探讨逆行足背动脉皮瓣结合负压技术修复足前端皮肤感染缺损的临床效果。方法:2015年1月-2017年2月本院收治足远端皮肤缺损伴感染患者13例,清创后负压封闭引流行创面准备,后期行逆行足背动脉皮瓣修复。结果:13例皮瓣全部成活,创面愈合,外形及功能恢复良好。结论:逆行足背动脉血流充沛,结合负压引流技术,对足远端创面的修复,操作简便,安全可靠,适合基层医院开展。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the reverse of arteria dorsalis pedis skin flap combined with vacuum sealing drainage for repairing the defect of distal foot. Methods Thirteen cases with distal skin defect complicated with infection were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to February 2017. The wound covered with the VSD devices for wound bed preparation.Then,repair wound with the reverse of arteria dorsalis pedis skin fap. Results All faps survived, the wound healed, the shape and function recovered. Conclusion The reverse of skin fap of arteria dorsalis pedis has good blood supply.Combined with vacuum sealing drainage is safe and reliable for repairing the defect of distal foot. It is suitable for primary hospital to apply.
