摘要 目的:观察微等离子体射频技术治疗浅表性瘢痕的临床疗效。方法:收集笔者科室2012年4月-2017年3月接受全身各部位浅表性瘢痕治疗的患者115例,应用Accent Pro深蓝射频治疗仪治疗,常规间隔2个月1次,疗效为次数累积叠加。2个月后复诊拍照对比,必要时行下一次治疗。结果:患者治疗后2个月观察疗效,115例患者1次治疗后59例(51.30%)显效,52例(45.20%)有效,4例(3.5%)无效,总有效率为96.52%。患者治疗后创面愈合时间7~12d,平均9d,其中2例色素沉着加深,约3个月自行消退,均未见明显感染,色素减退等不良反应。结论:微等离子体射频技术治疗瘢痕疗效确切,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of micro-plasma on the superfcial scar treatment. Methods 115 patients who received Plasma from April 2012 to March 2017 to treat superfcial scars of various parts of the whole body were collected. Treated them by AccentPro deep blue radio-frequency therapeutic apparatus (Israel laser company);the routine interval of the treatment was 2 months,and the effect is cumulative.Two months later,the photo comparison was taken,and then determined whether to do the next treatment. Results The results were compared with 2 months after the patient was treated with 1 treatment. Effcacy showed:115 patients (51.30%) showed effective treatment after 1 treatment (51.30%),52 cases (45.20%) were effective, and 4 cases were invalid (3.5%), and the total effective rate was 96.52%.After the treatment,the wound healing time was about 7 to 12 days,an average of 9 days;2 cases of patients were pigmentation deepened,about 3 months to fade,The study has no serious adverse reaction and complications occurred,such as signifcant infection,loss of pigment etc. Conclusion micro-plasma treatment is effective in treatment of superfcial scar,with few adverse reactions, and it is worth recommending application.
