咬合调整改善牙周病正畸患者牙周状况的效果分析

Analysis of Periodontal Improvement of Periodontal Disease in Orthodontic Treatment

目的:探究正畸治疗中咬合调整对牙周病患者牙周的改善情况,为患者的治疗提高参考。方法:回顾分析笔者科室2013年9月-2016年9月入院治疗的120例牙周病患者的治疗情况,将在正畸治疗基础上采用咬合调整的60例患者作为观察组,仅采取正畸治疗的60例患者作为对照组,分析两组患者治疗后的改善情况。结果:治疗后,观察组患者牙周探诊深度、出血指数及临床附着丧失均低于对照组,两组数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后牙齿松动情况明显少于对照组,且患者咬合接触面积、平均咬合压力、最大咬合压力、咬合力及患者的美观程度均高于对照组,两者比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:正畸治疗中咬合调整不仅可以帮助患者改善咬合平衡情况,还可以恢复患者面部美观。

Objective To explore the orthodontic treatment of occlusal adjustment for periodontal disease in patients with periodontal improvement, for the treatment of patients to improve the reference. Methods A retrospective study was conducted on the treatment of 120 patients with periodontal disease from September 2013 to September 2016. Fifty patients with occlusion adjusted on the basis of orthodontic treatment were treated as orthodontic treatment 60 patients were treated as control group, and the improvement of the two groups was analyzed. Results After treatment, the depth of the patients were signifcantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The difference between the two groups was statistically signifcant （P〈0.05）.The degree of occlusal contact, the average occlusal pressure, the maximum occlusal pressure, the bite force and the aesthetics of the patients were signifcantly higher than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. The difference between the two groups was statistically signifcant （P〈0.05）. The data were statistically signifcant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Bite adjustment in orthodontic treatment can not only help patients improve the occlusal balance, but also restore the facial appearance of patients.
