医学美容技术方向医学实验技术专业人才职业能力与岗位需求分析

就业岗位和职业能力结构是社会对专业人才需求的具体体现,是确定专业人才培养目标的关键所在。本文从专业人才定位入手,对医学实验技术(医学美容技术方向)专业人才的就业岗位和职业能力结构进行了初步探索与剖析,以期为其它院校同专业的人才培养提供参考和借鉴。其就业岗位主要有美容导师、美容讲师、美容顾问、高校实验室技术人员及医学实验人员等;职业能力主要包括生活美容及形象设计技术、中医药美容保健技术、化妆品配制及研发基本技术、医学美容外科技术咨询与指导、医学实验技术等专业技术能力以及学习能力、沟通能力、人际交往能力、团队协作能力、创新能力等一般职业能力。
