湿疹婴幼儿肠道菌群与免疫功能改变及相关性分析 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨湿疹婴幼儿肠道菌群与免疫功能改变及相关性。方法选取华北理工大学附属医院2015年10月—2017年4月诊治的湿疹婴幼儿168例为观察组,同期健康婴幼儿168例为对照组,均行肠道菌群(双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌、大肠杆菌、肠球菌)检测、免疫功能(CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+)测定、炎症因子(白介素-6、C反应蛋白、干扰素γ)检测。分析湿疹婴幼儿肠道菌群与免疫功能的相关性。结果观察组肠道菌群(双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌)、免疫功能(CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+)、炎症因子(干扰素γ)低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组肠道菌群(大肠杆菌、肠球菌)、炎症因子(白介素-6、C反应蛋白)高于对照组(P<0.05)。双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌与CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+呈明显正相关性。大肠杆菌、肠球菌与CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+呈明显负相关性。结论湿疹婴幼儿肠道菌群改变,免疫功能降低,可能与炎症反应有关。 Objective To investigate correlation and changes of intestinal flora, immune function in children with eczema.Methods A total of 168 children with eczema were selected in author's hospital from October 2015 to April 2017 as observation group,and anothor 168healthy children were selected at same period as con- trol group. All children received intestinal flora (bifidobacterium, laetobacillus, escherichia eoli, enterococci) detection,immune fumztion ( CD4^+ ,CD8^+ ,CD4^+ / CD8^+ ) detection, inflammatory factor ( interleukin - 6, C reactive protein, interferon 7) detection.Correlation of intestinal flora, immune function in children with ecze- ma was analyzed.Results Intestinal flora ( bifidobacterium, lactobacillus), immune function ( CD4^+ , CD8^+ , CD4 ^+/ CD8^+ ) ,inflammatory factor {interferon 7) in observation group were lower than control group (P 0.05).Intestinal flora { escherichia coli, enterococci) ,inflammatory factor ( interleukin - 6, C reactive protein) in observation group were higher than control group {P〈0.05).Bifidobacterium and lactobacillus showed sig- nificant positive correlation with CD4^+ ,CD8^+ ,CD4^+ / CD8^+ .Escherichia coli and enterococci showed signifi- cant negative correlation with CD4^+ ,CD8^+ ,CD4^+ / CD8^+ .Conclusion Change of intestinal flora and decrea- sing of immune function in children with eczema may be related to inflammatory reaction.
