腹腔镜下挽救性根治性前列腺切除术对前列腺癌放疗后复发患者的临床疗效分析

THE CLINICAL EFFICACY OF LAPAROSCOPIC RETROSPECTIVE RADICAL PROSTATECTOMY FOR PROSTATE CANCER RECURRENCE IN PATIENTS AFTER RADIOTHERAPY

目的探究对前列腺癌放疗后复发患者采取腹腔镜下挽救性根治性前列腺切除术的临床疗效。方法将该院收治的研究对象(52例前列腺癌放疗后复发患者)分为对照组和观察组,每组26例。对照组患者采用内分泌治疗,而观察组患者则采用腹腔镜下挽救性根治性前列腺切除术,比较二组患者的疗效。结果观察组的总有效率较高,且P<0.05,二者差异具有统计学意义。结论采用挽救性根治性前列腺切除术治疗前列腺癌放疗后复发患者具有良好的临床效果,且安全性较高,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic retrospective radmal prostatectomy in pa- tients with prostate cancer recurrence after radiotherapy.Methods The subjects of author＇s hospital （52 pa- tients with prostate cancer recurrence after radiotherapy） were randomly divided into a group of 26 cases of control group and study group.The control group were treated by endocrine therapy,while the patients in the study group were treated by laparoscopic retrospective radical prostatectomy, and then the curative effect of two groups in patients were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The patients of prostate cancer recurrence after radiotherapy treated by retrospective radical prostatectomy have gained a good clinical effect and higher secur ity which is worthy of popularization and application.
