正畸牙移动对甲减大鼠甲状腺素水平影响

THE INFLUENCE OF ORTHODONTIC TOOTH MOVEMENT ON THYROID HORMONE LEVELS IN HYPOTHYROIDISM RATS

摘要 目的建立甲减大鼠模型,研究甲状腺功能减退时,正畸牙移动对甲状腺激素水平的影响。方法实验动物选择60只健康雄性Wistar大鼠,随机取10只作为正常对照组,蒸馏水灌胃,剂量为1ml/100g/d,其余50只作为甲减组,使用0.1%丙基硫氧嘧啶,按1ml/100g/d剂量灌胃,28d建模成功。随后甲减组建立正畸牙移动动物模型,按照牙齿移动周期0d、7d、14d、21d、28d分为五组,每组10只,检测T3、T4、TSH水平。结果正畸牙齿移动后,甲减大鼠的T3、T4、TSH水平均略有升高,且7d组最为显著,但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 (1)由于正畸牙移动将促进甲减大鼠发生骨质疏松,建议选择轻力移动治疗正畸牙。(2)甲减大鼠的甲状腺激素水平随正畸牙移动波动较小,提示短期正畸牙移动治疗对甲状腺激素水平无明显影响。 Objective To evaluate the effect of orthodontic tooth movement in hypothyroidism rats.Methods Fifty adult Wistar male rats were randomly assigned to two groups.Randomly selected 10 rats as normal con- trol group, hypothyroidism rats model was established by given a gavage of distilled water with lmL/100g once dug.Other 50 rats as hypothyroidism group was given by 0.1% propylthiouracil with 10ul/g once dag. After model completed, hypothyroidism group were subdivided inaccordance with the tooth movement time into 0 day group,7 days group,14 days group,21 days and 28 days group,the T3,T4 and TSH in serum were detected in same period. Results After orthodontic tooth movement, thyroid hormone T3, T4 and TSH be- came higher than that before in hypothyroidism group, of which 7 dags group increased obviously, but there was no statistical difference.Conclusion Doctor should use light force to move orthodontic tooth due to tend- ency of osteoporosis for hypothyroidism rats.In the process of orthodontic tooth movement thyroid hormone levels in hyperthyroid rats varied within a small range, therefore remind that shortterm orthodontic tooth movement thereov have no obvious effect on thvroid hormone levels.
