复合饲料添加剂对海兰褐父母代种公鸡繁殖性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 本试验采用单因子试验设计,将90只285日龄海兰褐种公鸡随机分为2组,每组3个重复,Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮,Ⅱ组为试验组,在基础日粮的基础上添加1.5%复合饲料添加剂,测定种公鸡采精量、精子活力、精子密度、精子畸形率、种蛋受精率、孵化率和健雏率,研究复合饲料添加剂对种公鸡繁殖性能的影响。结果显示:试验组采精量、精子密度、精子活力较对照组分别提高了24.4%(P<0.01)、6.8%(P>0.05)、14.6%(P<0.01),精子畸形率下降23.1%(P<0.01)。试验组种蛋受精率、孵化率及健雏率相比于对照组分别提高了3.2%(P<0.05)、4.4%(P<0.05)、0.2%(P>0.05)。从睾丸组织切片可看出,试验组睾丸组织发育状况及精原细胞活跃状态明显好于对照组。结果表明:该复合饲料添加剂能显著提高种公鸡的精液品质,同时也提高了种蛋的孵化性能。 To study the effect of compound feed additives on reproductive performance of Hy-line brown rooster of parental generation, 90 Hy-line brown roosters of 285-day-old were randomly divided into two groups, control group and experiment group, and eaeh group had three replications, group Ⅰ was fed with basic diet, and group Ⅱ was fed with the basic diet which contained 1.5% compound feed additives sperm volumein, sperm motility, sperm density, terato sperm rate, fertilization rate, hatching rate and the rate of healthy chicks were determined. The results showed that compared with the control group sperm volume, sperm density and sperm motility of treatment group were increased by 24.4% (P〈0.01), 6.8% (P〉0.05), 14.6% (P〈0.01)respectively. The rate of teratosperm of treatment group was decreased by 23.1% (P〈O.O1). The rate of fertilization, hatching rate and the rate of healthy chicks in experiment group were raised by 3.2% (P〈0.05),4.4% (P〈0.05), 0.2% (P〉0.05)than that of control group. From the view of testicular tissue slices, the development of testis tissue and the activity of spermatogonia in the experimental group were better than those in the control group. The resuhs indicated that compound feed additives could remarkably improve the quality of semen of breeding rooster, and improved the hatching performance of breeding egg.
