Research Development and Prospect of Micro-arc Oxidation Technique

微弧氧化技术是近几年发展起来的表面处理工艺。目前,国外普遍采用微弧氧化来代替传统的阳极氧化。这项技术成为近几年材料表面处理的热点之一。通过对微弧氧化技术国内外研究现状的综述,指出微弧氧化技术存在的问题和发展趋势。

Micro-arc oxidation technology was surface treatment technique, which was developed in recent years. At present, the micro-are oxidation was generally used to replace traditional anodic oxidation in abroad. The technology had become one of the hot spot of material surface treatment in recent years. Based on the review of the research status of micro-are oxidation technique in China and abroad, the problems and the development trend of the micro-arc oxidation technology were pointed out.
