2124铝合金切口强度及其定量评估

摘要 研究了不同时效热处理状态下2124铝合金的拉伸性能和不同应力集中系数下的的切口强度。结果表明:随着应力集中系数的增加,切口强度先增加后降低,直至趋于断裂强度;2124铝合金属于切口不敏感材料,切口强度高于抗拉强度;切口强度与抗拉强度相比数据离散性大。针对2124铝合金切口件的断裂准则,在Zheng切口强度估算模型的基础上,获得了使用拉伸性能估算切口强度的新模型。 The tensile properties of 2124 aluminium alloy under different aging treatment and the notch strength under different stress concentration factors (Kt) were studied. The results show that with the increase of Kt, the notch strength increases firstly and then decreases, and then until to fracture strength, and 2124 aluminium alloy belongs to notch insensitivity material. The notch strength is higher than the tensile strength. Compared with the tensile strength data, the notch strength data are much more dispersive. Aiming at the fracture criterion of 2124 aluminium alloy notch samples, on the basis of the estimation model of Zheng notch strength, the new mode for estimating notch strength by using tensile properties can be obtained.
