电接触强化对Ni-P镀层组织与性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 在40Cr表面通过电刷镀技术制备Ni-P镀层,利用电接触技术对该镀层进行强化。进一步通过光学显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱仪、X射线衍射分析和显微硬度测试仪研究了镀层强化前后的组织与性能。结果表明:通过电接触强化技术制备了一种高性能冶金镀层,镀层缺陷较少,硬度达780.79 HV0.1。镀层与基体的结合方式从机械结合变成冶金结合,镀层中产生了新相Ni_3P。 Ni-P coating was prepared on 40Cr surface by electro-brush plating and the coating was reinforced by electric contact strengthening (ECS). The microstructure and properties of the coating before and after strengthening were compared by OM, SEM, EDS, XRD and Vickers hardness testing. The results show that high-performance metallurgical coatings with less defects and hardness of 781 HV0.1 are prepared by ECS. The bonding mode of the coating and matrix changes from mechanical bonding to metallurgical bonding and a new phase Ni3P appears in the coating.
