马克思主义中国化视域下的为政之德研究

A Study on the Morality of Governmental Administration under the Sinicization of Marxism

当代中国为政之德建设的现实语境是马克思主义对为政者至高的道德要求与现实社会腐败现象之间的巨大张力;其宏观的文化背景是马克思主义中国化的推进与中国优秀传统文化的繁荣发展。通过理论与实践的审视可以发现,马克思主义政德观是当代中国政德规范的核心原则,以政德强制性为理论基础的政德法制化将是政德建设的趋势与目标,其策略主要包括坚持马克思主义政德原则,理性对待自我文化传统,建立统一的包括政治信仰、掌权与用权的政德规范,与科学化立法和创设专属机构等重要维度。

The real context of the construction of political ethics in contemporary China is the tremendous tension between Marxism＇s strict requirement for practitioners of politics and the social corruption in reality. Its macroscopic cultural background is the ongoing sinicization of Marxism and the prosperity of Chinese excellent traditional culture.Through the examination of theory and practice, it can be found that the Marxist ethical outlook on morality is the core principle of China＇s contemporary political ethics. The legalization of political ethics based on the mandatory morality will be the trend and goal of the construction of morality. Its strategies mainly include the following aspects： 1） upholding the principle of Marxist political ethics, 2） treating China＇s cultural tradition rationally, 3） establishing a unified ethical code that governs political belief, the holding of political power, and the executing of political power, and 4） emphasizing the scientific making of laws and the establishment of exclusive agencies.
