器官捐献协调员职业认同、工作压力现状及影响因素调查 被引量:3

Survey on the Current Situation of Professional Identity,Job Stress and Their Influencing Factors in Coordinators for Human Organ Donation

摘要 目的:探讨人体器官捐献协调员的职业认同水平、工作压力的现状及其影响因素,为提出人体器官捐献协调员职业认同感的促进策略提供依据。方法:采用方便抽样的方法抽取全国182名红十字会登记在册的专职和兼职人体器官捐献协调员,使用《协调员职业认同感调查表》和《一般人口学信息调查》对其进行调查。结果:共调查到182名人体器官捐献协调员,75.8%的对象年龄在25-40岁,男性占51%,本科及以上文化程度达77%,从事2年以上协调员工作者为54%。职业认同平均分为(39.38±7.65)分(满分50分),中位数为40.00分。以协调员总体职业认同的中位数40.00分划分为职业认同高分组和低分组发现:职业认同水平高的协调员所感受的工作本身压力和自身发展压力高于职业认同水平低的协调员(均为P<0.05);相反,其所感受的职业发展压力却低于职业认同水平低的协调员(P<0.05)。获得社会支持高的协调员,职业认同水平明显高于获得社会支持低的协调员(P<0.05)。多元逐步线性回归分析显示人体器官捐献协调员职业认同水平的影响因素有月平均收入和社会支持;工作压力的影响因素为聘用方式。结论:目前湖北省人体器官捐献协调员的职业认同为中等水平,高收入协调员职业认同水平低,获得社会支持高的协调员职业认同水平高,非在编的其他(如临时工)聘用方式的协调员工作压力大。相关管理部门应采取有效措施,减轻协调员工作压力,给予更多社会支持以提高协调员职业认同水平。 Objective: To study the current situation of professional identity, job stress and their influ encing factors of coordinators for human organ donation, so that we can find out effective meas- ures to increase coordinators~ professional identity. Methods: The organ donation coordinatorregistered at the Red Cross Society of were recruited by convenience sampling and investigated by questionnaires about coordinators* professional identity, job stress. Results.. A total of 182 sub- jects were investigated. 75.8% of them were 25-40 years old. 51% was male. Bachelor degree was up to 77%. 54% worked as coordinator for more than 2 years. The mean score of profession al identity was 39.38±7.65(full score was 50), and its median was 40.00. Both job characteris- tic stress and self-development of high-score professional identity group were higher than that of low-score group(P〈0.05). On the contrary, vocational development of high-score group was lower than that of low-score group (P〈0. 05). Coordinators' professional identity was rather high if one get high social support from the society (P〈0.05). Coordinators' affective commit ment of the high-score group was higher than the low-score group(P〈0.05). Multiple linear re gression results showed that the influencing factors of coordinators' professional identity were av- erage monthly earnings and social support. And employment way was the influencing factors of job stress. We also found that the level of professional identity and social support would affect co ordinators' affective commitment score. Cenelusien: The professional identity of human organ donation coordinators in Red Cross Society of China Hubei Branch is at general level. Effective measures should been taken to enhance coordinators professional identity. Such as have a clear career direction, reinforcing professional awareness, making career planning, creating nice work environment and job atmosphere, establishing material incentives and spirit incentives, improving social acceptability, giving more social support and so on.
