摘要
热休克转录因子1(HSF1)作为热休克反应的主要的调节因子,在生命体应对各种有害刺激如热休克、缺血、炎症、氧化应激等条件时,可保护并维持细胞的正常生物活动功能。HSF1不仅可保护正常细胞的功能,也可在肿瘤细胞中发挥关键的调节作用,同时HSF1与肿瘤发生发展的相关性已成为目前研究的热点。消化系统肿瘤具有发病率高、恶性程度高、死亡率高等特点,严重影响国民生命质量和健康寿命,如何早期诊断并及时治疗是目前亟待解决的问题。本文通过阐述HSF1的结构功能特点并对HSF1在消化系统肿瘤的研究进展作综述,为消化系统肿瘤的早期诊断提供思路。
Heat shock transcription factor I(HSF1), a major regulator of heat shock response, can pro- tect and maintain the normal biological activity of cells in the life of a variety of harmful stimuli such as heat shock, ischemia, inflammation, oxidative stress and other conditions. HSF1 not on- ly protects the function of normal cells, but also plays a key regulatory role in tumor cells. Mean- while, the correlation between HSF1 and tumor development has become a hot topic. Digestive system tumors have the characteristics of high incidence, high malignancy and high mortality, which seriously affect the quality of life of patients. How early diagnosis and timely treatment is the urgent problem to be solved. This paper summarizes the structural and functional characteris- tics of HSF1 and reviews the research progress of HSF1 in digestive system tumors, and then provides the idea for the early diagnosis of digestive system tumors.
