矿用有线地质导向随钻测量装置及钻进技术 被引量:20

摘要 针对当前煤矿井下定向钻进技术与仪器无法判识地层,且钻进效率和煤层钻遇率低等不足,以煤系的自然伽马为地层识别依据,通过自然伽马测量技术、信号有线传输技术和信号解调技术等手段,研制了基于自然成功的矿用有线地质导向随钻测量装置,并配套开发了地质导向钻进技术工艺,该装置在2个煤矿进行了试验。试验结果表明:煤系的自然伽马可用于评估钻头位置的地层信息,结合钻孔轨迹参数测量,控制钻孔沿着预定方向在目的地层中延深,降低了分支孔施工数量,为提高煤层钻遇率、探明矿区地层地质信息、保障钻探施工安全及提高钻探施工效率提供了有效手段。 In order to solve the problems of underground directional drilling technology and equipment which is unable to recognition stratum and has low drilling efficiency and coal drilling meeting efficiency,based on the recognition stratum of coal formation strata natural gamma,natural gamma measurement technology,signal wire transmission technology and signal demodulation technology are studied,and the mine cable geosteering MWD device and geological directional drilling technology is developed.According to the experiment in two coal mine,with the measurement of borehole trajectory parameter,the natural gamma can be used to recognition stratum of coal formation strata,and the borehole trajectory can be drilling along the predetermined direction in the objective strata with the number of branch holes is reduced.The system and drilling technology will provide effective means for improve coal drilling meeting efficiency,explore the formation geological information of mine,ensure the safety and efficiency of drilling construction.
