摘要
针对当前无压给料三产品重介质旋流器的结构参数主要依靠实践经验确定,精确性不足的现状,在分析入选原煤性质的基础上,对各产品的数质量进行预测,考虑了各产品的密度组成、体积组成和悬浮液的体积分配情况,结合试验和在实践中总结出的相关数学公式,通过计算确定出了无压给料三产品重介质旋流器的结构参数。将此计算结果与在经验总结基础上得出的无压给料三产品重介质旋流器结构参数确定方法进行了对比,发现二段旋流器溢流口直径按(0.20~0.45)d_(o1)(d_(o1)为一段旋流器溢流口直径)计算更为准确,为无压给料三产品重介质旋流器结构参数的确定及设备选型提供了新思路。
At present,the determination of the structural parameters of none-pressure three-product dense medium cyclone mainly depends on the practical experience of coal preparation workers,which lead to insufficient accuracy. Based on the analysis of raw coal properties,the quantity and quality of each product are predicted. The products' density and volume distribution of dense-medium suspension are considered. In combination with scientific experiments and related formulas in practice,the structural parameters of none-pressure three-product dense medium cyclone are determined by calculation. Through comparison of calculation results and empirical formula,it is found that the diameter of the overflow section of the two stage cyclone is more accurate according to calculation of( 0.20 - 0.45) do1( do1 is the diameter of the overflow section of first stage cyclone),which can provide a new idea for the determination of its parameters and the selection of equipment.
