张北柔直电网运行协调控制关键技术及控制策略探讨

Key Technologies of Control and Protection and Operation Coordination Control Strategy for Zhang Bei VSC-HVDC

介绍了张北柔直电网基本特点及其与舟山、厦门柔直电网的主要差异,阐述了张北柔直电网中的运行协调控制关键技术及解决的问题,梳理了各换流站在不同运行模式下的运行控制策略,最后以一种典型故障为例分析了在不同控制模式下各换流站的功率转带特性,提出了一种解决新能源送出孤岛故障条件下功率不平衡的解决方案。

In this paper the characteristic of Zhang Bei VSC-HVDC and the difference with Zhou Shan,Xia Men Bei VSC-HVDC is introduced. Zhang Bei VSC-HVDC key technologies of control and protection and operation problem are elaborated. The various converter operation control strategy is pointed out. Finally a typical fault is analyzed about power converter stations in different control modes.
