浅谈盐矿山老区钻遇喷漏同层问题及其解决思路

The Briefly Discussion on the Problem and Solution of Spray Leakage of the Same Layer in Old District Drilling of Salt Mine Mountaion

喷漏同层是盐矿山老区钻井现场极难对付的复杂情况。此类情况通常始于气侵溢流,重浆压井时却又出现断流,安全窗口极窄;结合老矿区矿体特点、建井方式和水采工艺分析成因和影响因素;介绍钻井液替换、循环压井、吊灌抢钻等几种处理思路和对策。

The leakage of the same layer is the complicated situation of the drilling site in the old area of salt mine. This kind of situation usually starts from the gas invasion and overflow, when the heavy slurry pressure well has broken down, the safety window is very narrow. Based on the characteristics of ore body, the method of construction and the analysis of the factors and the mining process of the old mining area, this paper introduces some thoughts and countermeasures of drilling fluid replacement, circulating pressure well and hoisting drill.
