摘要
运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法分别研究科学网信息用户对价值驱动因素的感知重要度和满意度。发现"信息资源质量""检索功能""信息获取及显示""信息资源数量"和"相关服务"等价值驱动因素的感知重要度依次降低。用户对科学网总体较满意,但对比分析用户价值驱动因素的感知重要度和满意度,发现"检索功能""信息获取及显示""相关服务"3大驱动因素的满意度分值较低,有待提高。
This paper studies Web of Science users' perceived value and satisfaction by using the methods of Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation respectively. The study finds that the perceptive importance of the value driving factors, i. e., "the quality of information resources", "search function", "information retrieval and display" , "the quantity of information resources" and "related services" decrease in turn. Users are satisfied with Web of Science on the whole. But the satisfaction with three factors, i.e., "search function" , "information retrieval and display" and "related services" are low, which need to be further enhanced according to the comparative analysis between the perceived importance and satisfaction of user value driving factors.
