论文以MG400/920—WD采煤机为例,探讨了电牵引采煤机电气系统故障维修的方法。通过对两个典型故障案例的深入分析,旨在结合实际,运用故障处理的理念、程序和步骤,快速排除故障,力争做到减少故障停机损失,提高工作面经济效益,同时希望为煤矿井下从事采煤机现场维修的人员提供一些值得借鉴的方法和经验。

In this paper, an example of MG400/920-WD coal mining machine is used to study the method to maintain electrical system of electric traction mining.By means of an in-depth analysis of two typical failure cases, the paper aims to use the concept of fault handling, procedures and steps, to troubleshoot quickly, to reduce downtime loss,and to improve the economic efficiency of coal face, which, at the same time, provides some methods and worthy-of- learning experience for the people engaged in coal mining machine field repair.
