摘要
分布式光储微电网系统有效整合了分布式光伏电源和储能单元,有效改善了分布式光伏电源接入配电网产生的电能质量问题。分析了微电网的研究现状,给出了分布式微电网系统拓扑结构,并对分布式光伏电源和储能单元的特性进行了分析。针对分布式光伏微电网系统,研究了底层装置在并网模式下的控制策略,并在Matlab/Simulink环境下搭建仿真模型,验证了底层控制策略的可行性。研究了以削峰填谷为目标的基于模糊算法的能量管理策略,根据当前所处的用电时段以及储能的SOC水平,确定能量控制策略,使光储微电网系统的运行成本最低。通过Matlab算例验证了该控制策略的有效性。
The Distributed PV-Storage Microgrid System (DPMS) validly integrates the distributed photovoltaic power and energy storage unit and effectively improves the power quality problems when the distributed photovoltaic generation is accessed to the distribution network. This paper analyzes the research status of microgrid system, gives the typology structure of distributed micro-grid, and studies the characteristics of distributed photovoltaic generation and energy storage unit. For DPMS, this paper researches the control strategy of underlying device in grid-connected mode and builds a simulation model in Matlab/Simulink environment, which validates the feasibility of the underlying control strategy. It researches the energy management strategy taking peak load shifting as the goal and basing on fuzzy algorithms. According to the different periods of power consumption and the SOC level of energy storage, it determines the energy control strategy and minimizes the operating cost of the DPMS. The validity of the control strategy is verified by the Matlab numerical example.
