在大众创业,万众创新大形势下,以大连大学为例,采用问卷调查、个人访谈和学生自我分享的方式,通过团体心理行为训练课程,在创业意识、创业意志、创业能力和创业个性四个方面,进行创新创业心理品质培育进行探索。构建和培育创业心理品质。
