高职院校教师专业发展的生态环境优化研究——基于网络视角

摘要 在我国高职教育快速发展的同时,教师群体的规模不断扩大,教师之间的竞争也日益激烈,专业发展的难度逐渐加大。在信息时代的影响下,高职教师专业发展也呈现出交互性、实践性和扩展性的特点,为了更好地优化高职教师专业发展的生态环境,进行针对性地发展和提升,需要构建"五位一体"的教师专业发展模式,从而有效提升教师队伍的整体素质与能力水平。 While the rapid development of education in higher vocational colleges in China, the scale of the teachers" groups has been expanded and the competition between teachers has become increasingly fierce, and the difficulty of pro- fessional development has gradually increased. In the information age, under the influence of higher vocational teachers" professional development also presents the interactive, practical and the characteristics of scalability, in order to optimize the ecological environment of higher vocational teachers" professional development, targeted development and promotion, strive to build a "five one" mode of teachers'professional development, thus effectively improve the overall quality of the contingent of teachers and ability levels.
